By tram: the nearest station is Friesenplatz, approx. 350m away

By car: the nearest parking facility is Contipark Parkhaus Friesenplatz, approx. 150m away

If you come to the studio by bicycle, you are welcome to leave it in the courtyard during your session. The courtyard entrance is located just around the corner, on Albertusstr. 40-46. Please let me know if you plan to do this before your training.
